Returns & Refunds

At Kinari, every saree is thoughtfully selected and carefully checked before dispatch. We take great care to ensure you receive a piece that meets our quality standards.

As sarees are delicate and limited pieces, we follow a mindful return policy.


Return Eligibility (5 Days)

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery, only in case of:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item received

To help us understand and resolve the issue quickly, we kindly request a clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened.


A few things to keep in mind

  • We request that the saree remains unused and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • The unboxing video helps us verify and assist you better in case of any concern

👉 As these are thoughtfully chosen and limited pieces, returns aren’t accepted for reasons like change of mind or personal preference. We truly appreciate your understanding.

  • Your order details
  • The unboxing video showing the issue

Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.


Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will be asked to send the product back to our return address
  • Return shipping will need to be arranged by the customer

Inspection & Refund

  • After receiving the product, it will be carefully inspected
  • If approved, your refund will be initiated within 2 working days

The refund will be processed to your original payment method
